FAQ

  • Absolutely — and this is something we care deeply about.

We believe safe, ethical aesthetics should be accessible, not exclusive. If cost is a concern, please talk to us. We’d always rather you came to a qualified, regulated clinic than felt pushed towards cheaper, unregulated treatments elsewhere. We can discuss staged treatments, bundles, or payment plans to make things manageable

  • Yes. We offer Clearpay and Klarna to help spread the cost of your treatment.

These allow you to divide payments into manageable instalments, subject to approval by the provider. We’re also happy to talk through treatment plans that can be spread over time rather than done all at once.

  • This is one of the most common concerns we hear.

Our approach is always natural, subtle and bespoke. We focus on enhancing what you already have rather than changing your face. During your consultation, we’ll talk openly about your fears, your goals, and what you don’t want. We will never push you into a treatment that doesn’t feel right for you.

  • That’s completely okay.

A consultation is a discussion, not a commitment. We’d rather you take time, ask questions, and feel confident in your decision — even if that means not proceeding at all.

  • Yes — and you’re very welcome here.

We aim to provide a calm, inclusive and safe space. Quiet appointments, reduced stimulation, extra time, and clear explanations can be arranged. If there’s anything that helps you feel more comfortable, please let us know when booking or during your consultation.

  • Always.

Your safety and long-term results come first. If something isn’t suitable — medically or aesthetically — we will explain why and offer alternatives where appropriate.

  • All treatments are carried out by trained professionals using approved products and equipment. We follow strict safety protocols and always carry out thorough consultations and suitability checks.

  • Yes Always!

We proudly welcome LGBTQ+ clients and are committed to providing respectful, inclusive and non-judgemental environment. You’ll be treated with dignity, correct pronouns and care - and you never need to explain or justify why you are here.

  • Yes, we work with clients at all stages of their journey and understand that gender-affirming care looks different for everyone. Whether your goal is feminisation, masculinisation or subtle softening of features, we take a personalised, respectful approach and work with you to enhance features in a way that feels authentic to you.

  • We know there is a lot of choice when it comes to aesthetic treatments, and many skilled practitioners in the industry. Choosing where to have treatment isn’t just about results - its about safety, trust and how supported you feel throughout.

    Here’s what sets us apart:

    • We are regulated by Healthcare Improvement Scotland

    • Medically trained practioners

    • High quality premium products

    • We take time - intentionally longer appointments

    • Inclusive, safe and judgement-free

  • In Scotland, prescription-only aesthetic treatments must be prescribed following a face-to-face medical consultation. This is to ensure your safety.

Seeing you in person allows the prescriber to assess your medical history, facial anatomy and suitability for any risks that may not be apparent remotely. While it may feel like an extra step, it ensures treatments are carried out responsibly and in line with Scottish Medical regulations.

  • This is something we hear A LOT and its really unfortunate! There are practioners/clinics out compromise on product quality, client safety and aftercare. It's completely understandable to feel hesitant after a bad experience. Our clinic prioritises your safety and comfort by having medically trained practitioners in a regulated environment, ensuring transparent communication and personalised care. We're dedicated to listening to your concerns, setting realistic expectations, and rebuilding your trust through ethical practice and continuous support. We will always offer a review after any treatment to follow up on any concerns.

  • That’s completely okay. We’re experienced in treating needle-phobic clients and focus on comfort, reassurance and control. You’ll never be rushed or pressured, and we’ll talk you through analgesia options to make the experience as calm and pain-free as possible.
